1. Continuous Training - From our Project Managers to our
Installation Technicians,
training is a top priority to make sure we can provide you
with the best possible home comfort system.
2. Project Managers vs. Sales People - Our Project Managers
are responsible for design, supervision, and problem
resolution on your home comfort system, they do not turn the
project over to someone else. Our customers have one person
to contact throughout the installation process.
3. Start Up / Quality Check - Every comfort system that we
install gets a professional Start Up and Quality Check by
one of our Service Technicians. This enables us to catch
mistakes before they become problems while providing
valuable feedback to our installation crews for future
training.
