We
live by our motto !
“Big
enough to serve,
Small enough to care”
And
that's as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Quality Service Service
after the installation is the customer’s biggest concern. This is what separates Biggs HVAC from the competition. We
provide continued training through In-House Service Meetings
and National Certification Training Programs such as
NATE
Certification. (North American Technician
Excellence, Inc.) The
service team at Biggs HVAC is second to no one when it comes to repairs, problem solving and finding new ways to improve
the comfort of our customers.
We take great pride in our
work from start to finish
2.
Quality Materials
We
have partnered with the some of the largest distributors to find
the best installation materials available. There are
differences in the quality
of the materials used. The term
“builder grade” is used in the HVAC field regularly. That
term is
not in our vocabulary. Whether it's a Residential-Commercial New Construction
Installation, a Replacement Unit, or a Service Repair, Biggs uses only
top
quality materials. Remember “there is a difference”.
3.
Quality Equipment
There are
different levels of equipment which include brand, SEER rating, etc.
There is an analogy for purchasing equipment that can be
related to the purchase of a new car. You can haggle with a
dealer because you can go to the next dealer and buy the
same car at a better price. You have to remember when you
are purchasing heating and cooling equipment, you are
purchasing the installation. This varies quite a bit, as
some dealers will do the “haggling” process to get your
business. What about the guy that drops his price $500? Was
he charging you too much to begin with or is he going to
give you lesser grade materials? You cannot make that
difference up, so he was probably charging too much to start
with.
You may
feel like you won, but did you really?
Here at Biggs
HVAC you get the best price first. We do not promote the
haggling process because you sacrifice the quality and
integrity of the job. You are buying the installation. The
overall quality of the job depends on the installing company,
as much as the equipment
used. This does not mean higher prices or bigger company’s
are better. It simply means the consumer needs to ask a lot
of questions about the
project and compare “apples to
apples”. Feel comfortable with your decision by “buying into the company” and not just the brand name of the equipment.
We appreciate your
business and we will continue to provide quality service,
materials and equipment
so that we may always earn your business.
