22 Point Gas Inspection

v     Inspect filtering system

v     Test and calibrate thermostat

v     Inspect electrical connections

v     Test Carbon Monoxide level

v     Inspect gas controls and safeties

v     Check combustion and ventilation airflow

v     Inspect/clean heat exchanger serviceability, leaks, corrosion, and gasket failures.

v     Lubricate bearing assemblies

v     Inspect  fan blower assembly

v     Inspect gas connections

v     Inspect flue venting system

v     Inspect/clean burner assembly

v     Inspect combustion blower assembly

v     Inspect ignition sequence

v     Check/adjust air fuel mixture for proper flame color and size

v     Check/adjust gas pressure at gas control valve

v     Check for proper temperature rise

v     Inspect condensing drain

v     Inspect ductwork and check airflow

v     Inspect complete sequence of operation by thermostat

v     Inspect surrounding area for access and fire safety

v     Cross check Model # of equipment for any service bulletins or update codes with manufacture
