v     Inspect filtering system

v     Test and calibrate thermostat

v     Inspect electrical connections

v     Lubricate bearing assemblies

v     Inspect  fan blower assembly

v     Inspect/clean indoor coil

v     Inspect/clean outdoor coil

v     Inspect refrigeration charge of complete system

v     Test defrost sequence of system

v     Check and record compressor amperage

v     Check and record auxiliary heater amperage

v     Inspect and test safety controls

v     Inspect all electro-mechanical components for wear

v     Check for proper temperature rise

v     Inspect ductwork and check airflow

v     Inspect complete sequence of operation by thermostat

v     Cross check Model # of equipment for any service bulletins or update codes with manufacture
