 "On October 23 2007 Biggs HVAC installed a new heating and air conditioning system at my home. I am writing to let you know that my experience so far dealing with Biggs has been a rewarding one.  I recently had my system checked for Summer and was serviced by Brian. I have to tell you what a wonderful experience I had dealing with both the office and Brian. The office called to remind me of the appointment and called the morning of the appointment to see if my technician could arrive slightly earlier.
Brian , the technician, was professional, upbeat, and knowledgeable and actually acted like someone who liked his job. How refreshing to see such a contented worker in these days of malcontent and rudeness. Kudos to Biggs for hiring such an individual.
